The Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Technology (Motorsport) is the ideal progression route from the Motorsport Diploma Level 2, building on foundational skills with a deeper focus on motorsport and engineering principles, preparing you for Employment, Higher Education, or Apprenticeships.
This course offers an engaging mix of theoretical knowledge and practical application, exploring the wider opportunities within the motorsport industry, helping you identify potential career pathways. With hands-on learning and industry-relevant content, this qualification provides a solid platform for those looking to advance in automotive engineering or motorsport-related roles.

To study the Motorsport Diploma Level 3 you will need to have 3 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (old GCSE grade C or above) or equivalent, including English or Maths.
The Motorsport Diploma Level 3 will take you 1 year to complete. You will attend college from 9:00am-4:30pm for at least 3 days per week at our Rochford Campus in Boston, plus independent study.
The Motorsport Diploma Level 3 is free, if you are under the age of 19 on 31 August of the year you start the course.
If you are aged 19+, this course will cost ยฃ3345.

You will be assessed via practical assessments, presentations, coursework and exams.
