Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings Certificate Level 2
Add to ShortlistThis qualification is designed for learners who want to develop an understanding of how to deliver effective customer service in health and social care settings.
You will have 1-1 support from an assessor within the health and social care department. Your assessor is occupational competent and will support and work with you throughout the qualification period.
What will I do?
The course is made up of four individual units including:
- Developing an awareness of customer service in health and social care
- Understand how to communicate effectively in a health and social care setting
- Understand the needs of customers who access health and social care services
- Understand teamwork in health and social care settings
Entry Qualifications
There are no formal entry qualifications for the Level 2 Understanding the Safe Handling of Medication in Health and Social Care Certificate.
Attendance
This course will take you five months to complete.
Fees
If you do not qualify for funding this course will cost you ยฃ379.

How Will I Be Assessed
This course is assessor led. You will be assessed by a qualified assessor on a monthly basis throughout the duration of the course
Where Could It Lead?
Completion of this course will enable you to progress onto a Level 3 course at the college.
