In order to study the Construction Management (Construction Site Supervisor) HNC Level 4, you will need to have successfully completed one of the following:

  • An MMP at Level 3 in a related subject, or Access to Higher Education qualification, or an A Level equivalent (minimum 80 new UCAS points) in related subjects
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 and/or minimum IELTS score of 6

The Construction Management HNC (Construction Site Supervisor) Level 4 will take you 2 years to complete. You will attend college for 1 day per week at our Rochford Campus in Boston, plus independent study.

The Construction Management HNC (Construction Site Supervisor) Level 4 will cost you ยฃ7100.

Assessment is via course work which includes written assignments, reports, practical observations, presentations, case studies, and time-constrained assessments.

The assessment of Pearson's Higher National qualifications are criterion-referenced and you will provide evidence in the form of assignments, which are assessed against the unit learning outcomes and assessment criteria.

The Pearson HNC courses are highly valued by employers and can lead to careers specialisms. Progression onto a HND Level 5, an undergraduate degree or further professional qualifications in a related area are possible, including the Sport and Exercise Science HND Top-up Level 5at Boston College.
