I chose to study the Access to Science course at Boston College because I wanted a new career, and the course ticked all the boxes for the University course I wanted to progress on to.

I’m currently studying Physics, Maths and Computing over 5 days at college. The course structure definitely prepares you for university, you cover assignment writing and referencing as well as organising your work load.

The Advanced Learner loan was a real benefit as it is similar to a university loan, where you do not have to pay it back until you are in employment and earning over a certain amount. The tutors are always willing to help and they are understanding of other commitments you have in your personal life.

I’m hoping to continue my studies at the University of Lincoln on the Computing Game Programming course, and then progress to a career within the gaming industry as a Programme Developer.

My one word to describe Boston College would be enthusiastic!
