If you would like a career in fitness, sports training, coaching, leisure or sports management, studying sport at Boston College will allow you to achieve the skills and experience you'll need to be a sporting success.

Our courses cover a wide range of units, providing you with the knowledge and experience you need to progress in to the industry, including: fitness and physical activity, activity leadership, improving personal exercise, health and nutrition, anatomy, physiology, psychology, training, coaching, injuries, and biomechanics.

The College can also now offer you the opportunity to study University Degree level courses right here in Boston, and at half the cost of university.
You will be based at our dedicated facility, Peter Paine Performance Centre, and will be taught by industry expert lecturers that actively practice competitive sports, and run sport related businesses - enabling them to share their valuable, up-to-date experience with you.

At Peter Paine you'll find a whole Sports Centre of facilities waiting for you including four football pitches, a dance studio, sports hall, gym, outdoor multi-use games area and Astro Turf pitches.

Following the retirement of Principal Amanda Mosek, Boston College has announced the appointment of Jo Maher, new Principal and Chief Executive, who joins the team from Reaseheath College in Cheshire where she was Assistant Principal.
